504 Corporation

A nonprofit organization authorized under the Small Business Administration in the United States that provides loans and other assistance exclusively to small businesses. The 504 Corporation provides loans at below market interest rates, often with longer repayment schedules and lower collateral requirements. The 504 Corporation exists to create jobs and promote business. It is a certified development company based in Minnesota. See also: 504 Loan.
