William Hewlett

William Hewlett
An engineer and businessman (1913-2001) who co-founded the Hewlett-Packard Company in 1939. He served as president from 1964 to 1977 and CEO from 1968 to 1978. He remained involved well into the 1980s. He was also a noted philanthropist.
