Warrant Agreement
A statement governing a warrant issue. A warrant is a document attached to a security giving the holder the right to buy more shares of the same security at a certain price on a certain date. Because each warrant is different, the terms in a warrant agreement are vitally important for determining the warrant's value.

warrant agreement
A written statement of the terms of a warrant issue. Although the information in these agreements is quite important, their technical nature is such that they are more appropriate for use by financial analysts and sophisticated traders than by individual investors.
