Warehousers Liability Form An insurance policy that provides coverage to owners and operators of warehouses for legal liability for goods that may break or be destroyed while in their care. That is, if a good breaks while in a warehouse and the warehouser is deemed to be at fault, a warehousers liability form protects him/her from paying to replace the good. As with all insurance, one must pay a premium to receive the coverage. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
