Waiver of Restoration Premium

    0.01 sec.
Waiver of Restoration Premium
An agreement between an insurer and a policyholder for a liability policy exempting the policyholder from a restoration premium. A restoration premium is an amount of money the policyholder must pay to re-activate a policy after a claim is paid. The waiver ensures that the restoration premium does not need to be paid.
