Banque Ouest-Africaine de Developpement
A bank that provides loans to promote economic development among member states. Members include Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo. It was founded in 1973 and began operations in 1976. It is based in Lome, Togo.
