Valued Clause
(redirected from Valued Clauses)

    0.01 sec.
Valued Clause
A clause in an insurance policy stating how much the insurer will pay per insured property. For example, the valued clause may state that the insurer will pay $1,000 per computer, $500 per piece of furniture, and so forth. The insurer pays this regardless of the actual value of the property at the time of the loss. See also: Value Policy.
