The ISO 4217 currency code for the Uzbekistan Sum.

UZS
ISO 4217 code for the Uzbek sum. It was introduced in 1993, replacing the Soviet ruble. In 1994, a new sum was issued, replacing the old sum at an exchange rate of 1 new sum to 1,000 old sum. The sum is a floating currency.
