U.S. Council for International Business
Also called the USCIB. An organization that promotes American businesses. It lobbies the U.S. government, the World Trade Organization, the OECD and other organizations for favorable legislation and regulation. It also provides dispute resolution services for members. The USCIB is an affiliate of the International Chamber of Commerce. It is based in New York and maintains an office in Washington, D.C.
