Triple-Net - Net, Net, Net Lease A lease that designates the tenant as being solely responsible for all of the costs relating to the asset being leased. Examples are any upgrades, utilities, repairs etc. Notes: In other words, if you lease a warehouse under a triple-net lease, then you are responsible for paying utility bills, shoveling walks, cutting grass and so on.
