Topping out
Denoting a market or a security that is at the end of a period of rising prices and can now be expected to stay on a plateau or even to decline.

Topping Out
A situation in which a price or stock has reached its highest point and is unlikely to continue to increase. It may even begin to decrease. See also: Mature phase (of an industry).
