A ceremony to celebrate the completion of a building.It is a custom to attach a tree branch to the highest point on the roof at that time. All decision makers and management-level people involved in the project, including lenders, professionals, ownership, important prelease tenants, and construction and development personnel are usually invited to the ceremony, and each are given a complimentary hard hat customized with the name of the building and the date of the ceremony.
