At a price level where supply is exceeding demand. See: Resistance level.
Top-Heavy
Informal; describing a security trading at a price at which there are more sellers than buyers. Because there is a lack of demand at the top-heavy price, the security is likely to undergo a price correction. See also: Resistance level.
