Super NOW Account
A checking account at a bank or thrift that earns higher interest than other NOW accounts and carries a higher minimum balance. The account holder is allowed to write checks or drafts against the money in the account and may withdraw any amount of money from it on demand. Super NOW accounts are not very common. See also: M1.

An interest-bearing checking account that pays a higher return and requires a higher minimum balance than a standard NOW account. These accounts have not gained much popularity.
