An application to join a limited partnership. The general partner in a limited partnership devises the subscription agreement and requires potential limited partners to complete it. The subscription agreement requires the applicant to disclose financial information relevant to his/her suitability to join the partnership. The agreement also states the terms of the partnership, should the application be approved.
