A modular and energy-efficient method of construction that uses large sheets of rigid foam material sandwiched between sheets of plywood.Sometimes the exterior siding material is also attached to the plywood, as is the interior finish wall material.The system is used for economy construction and luxury construction,both,depending on the quality of the interior and exterior finishes, the thickness of the foam layer, and the quality of the plywood.Typically spaces are precut for windows and doors and chases are predrilled for electrical wiring.
