The statement of accounts
of the party is required to be accompanied by a certificate signed by the party leader stating that no funds from any source prohibited under Political Parties Order, 2002, were received by the party and that the statement contains an accurate financial position of the party.
According to officials, those political parties submitted their annual statement of accounts
include, Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI), Jamat Islami (JI), Pakistan Mohammadi Party (PMP), Pakistan Social Justice Party (PSJP), Pakistan Supreme Democratic Party (PSDP), Islami Tehrik Pakistan (ITP), Pakistan Peoples Party Shaheed Bhutto (PPP SB), Pakistan Raahe-e-Haq (PRH), Pakistan Awami Muslim League (PAML), Pakistan Peoples Front (PPF), Jamat Islami (JI), National Party (NP), Awam League (AL), Pakistan Tehrik Insaniyat (PTI), Allah Akbar Tehrik (AAT) and Mustaqbil Pakistan (MP).
The statement of accounts
should include all the monetary and other assets entrusted to the organisation for whatever purpose and show how they have been expended during the year.
Out of which the statement of accounts
of only three political parties including Awami National Party, Awami Muslim League, Islami Tehreek Pakistan have been accepted.
