Size Effect
The relative advantage the size of a company has on returns. Some analysts suggest that investing in a small company can lead to a higher return than investing in a large company, even after accounting for unsystematic risk.

size effect
The effect of firm size, as measured by market value, on investment returns. Some studies indicate that investments in small companies provide higher risk-adjusted returns.
