Siliconaires
(redirected from Siliconaire)

    0.01 sec.
Siliconaires
Informal; young entrepreneurs, especially during the 1990s, who founded or were deeply involved with dot-com companies. When these companies went public at vastly inflated prices, these entrepreneurs suddenly found themselves to be millionaires. Some of them sold their remaining stock and retired very young, while others lost much of their fortunes when the dot-com bubble burst.
