In-Flight Survey

A survey of foreigners traveling to and from the United States regarding their perceptions of Americans and the United States. The In-Flight Survey is given while respondents are in transit on an airplane, which leads to very high response rates. It is collected by the International Trade Administration but dissemination is fairly limited. The In-Flight Survey is formally called the Survey of International Air Travelers or the SIAT.
