Sell Plus Order

1. An order to a broker to sell a security above its current price.

2. An order to a broker to sell a security at its current price only if the current price is higher than the previous plus tick or zero plus tick. A sell plus order also requires that the current price be higher or the same as the previous trade if the last trade was a zero minimum tick or a minimum tick.

A customer order to sell a security only at a price higher than the most recent price it sold at. Thus, the order is to be executed only on an uptick.
