Scheduled cash flows The mortgage principal and interest payments due to be paid under the terms of the mortgage, not including possible prepayments. Scheduled Cash Flows The debt service on a mortgage that is scheduled each month. That is, the scheduled cash flows are what the mortgage borrower must pay to the bank (or perhaps the holders of mortgage-backed securities) every month.
