Societa a Responsabilita Limitata
Also called an Srl or an S.rl. A company in which the owners' risk is limited to the capital that they contribute. That is, they cannot lose and they cannot be held responsible in court for losses above their individual contributions. An Srl must abide by strict requirements (compared to other corporate structures) in issuing bonds. Owners make corporate decisions by vote. An Srl is a corporate form in Italy.
