Rule G-32

A rule of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board requiring brokers and dealers to provide buyers of a new issue of a municipal bond with information regarding that bond. Delivery of the information must be made prior to delivery of the bond. The rule also provides for an Internet-based portal on which buyers can look up the information themselves.
