0.06 sec. |
Rule 10b-10 An SEC rule requiring broker-dealers to disclose certain information to clients before or at the completion of a transaction. Information includes the date and time of the transaction, whether the broker-dealer is acting as an agent for any other party, especially the other party to the transaction, and any information particular to the security being traded. The rule is not considered exhaustive and the broker-dealer is also required to disclose any potential fraud to the client, even though that is not specifically included.
