Robert Rubin
An American businessman who served as Secretary of the Treasury from 1995 to 1999. He assisted President Bill Clinton in setting up the Exchange Stabilization Fund, which helped Mexico through its financial crisis of the early 1990s. His lobbying contributed to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which is thought to have contributed to the late 2000s recession.
