Return On Revenue
The ratio of a company's net income (or profit) to its revenue. The return on revenue helps determine the company's profitability and is particularly useful if compared year to year. An increase in the return on revenue indicates that a company is reducing its expenses relative to its revenue because net income, simply put, is revenue minus expenses.
