Robert Ng
An investor who in the 1980s was responsible for the crash of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange due to a number of trades in which he was accused of illegally avoiding margin calls. These trades resulted in the collapse of the exchange, though Ng avoided criminal charges because it was thought that prosecution would further disrupt the market. He later became chairman of the Sino Group, a property development company, and one of the wealthiest people in the world.

The Hernando three-year-old was bought from Doumen on Monday by Robert Ng, owner of Daliapour.
Robert Ng, director of new business models, Autodesk, 111 McInnis Pkwy.
It was Daliapour's final race for Stoute following his sale to property magnate Robert Ng last week and he will remain in training in Hong Kong in the care of Ivan Allan.
