Quadruple Indemnity
A type of accidental death insurance that pays four times the face value of the policy should the insured die as the result of an accident. In general, to be eligible for the additional death benefit, one must die within a certain number of days of the accident and must be under a stated age. Otherwise, the ordinary death benefit is paid.
