The legal action has been taken against Public Warehouse Company, now Agility Holdings, which is one of the Middle East's largest logistics companies and a global player with 550 offices in about 120 countries.
Offering services in fields such as trucking, warehousing and third party logistics, National Freight Industries has nearly 60 trucking facilities nationwide and more than 14 million square feet of contract and public warehouses.
The public warehouse also contains a 38,000-square-foot refrigerated loading dock with 16 dock doors.
