Pork Chop

Pork Chop
An arrangement in which an employee of the New York Stock Exchange takes orders at a trading booth on behalf the broker who owns it in exchange for a fee. The pork chop enables the broker to take and solicit orders somewhere off the trading floor while still fulfilling his/her duties on the trading floor.

I did a big, no, massive pork chop with pickled red cabbage, potato Pommes Anna and really nice gravy.

Spoon sauce on four plates then place a pork chop in the centre of plate on top of sauce.
