Personal Article Floater

An insurance policy attached to another policy that insures certain, named articles. These may be very expensive articles, such as jewelry and family heirlooms. Each article covered in the floater has an assessed value listed with it, which helps determine the benefit the policyholder receives if an article is lost or stolen.
