Polarized Fractal Efficiency

In technical analysis, a measure of price efficiency. It is measured on a scale of -100 to +100. A PFE reading greater than zero indicates a price uptrend while one below zero indicates a downtrend. The farther a reading is from zero in either direction, the more efficient the price trend is thought to be.
