One-decision stock One-Decision Stock A stock that an investor buys and holds. That is, once an investor makes the one decision to buy the stock, he does not need to make a second decision to sell. One-decision stocks usually have strong fundamentals and/or growth potential. They can be illiquid, but they are nonetheless often solid investments. See also: Value investing.
