Ocean Marine Exposure

    0.03 sec.
Ocean Marine Exposure
The risk that a good being transported over water will be lost or destroyed. For example, the buyer of such a good carries the risk that the ship will sink with the good on board or that damage from weather will render the good unusable. Most of the time either the buyer or the seller is required to purchase marine cargo insurance to protect against ocean marine exposure.
