Offshore finance subsidiary

Offshore Finance Subsidiary

An offshore finance subsidiary issues stocks and bonds on behalf of the parent company outside the jurisdiction of the home country. The issues will therefore be subject to fewer regulations and perhaps also less scrutiny.
