Not Spoken For

Informal; describing money to be used to pay for expenses that are not regular and recurring. For example, money for company lunches or optional travel is said to be not spoken for. Some companies (and individuals) keep spoken for and not spoken for money in separate accounts to ensure financial responsibility.
