An organization dedicated to investor protection. It provides guidance and advice for persons who buy securities or receive investment advice from any jurisdiction that is a member. It also provides seminars and other educational information. It has more than 60 members, who are governments of Mexican states, Canadian provinces & territories, and American states, territories, & districts. NASAA was established in Kansas in 1919.
