The parent company of the Coffee, Sugar, and Cocoa Exchange and the New York Cotton Exchange.

New York Board of Trade
A commodity futures exchange based in New York. Founded as the New York Cotton Exchange in 1870, it was a privately owned company until it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange in 2007. It trades a variety of commodities, notably cotton, cocoa, coffee, and sugar.
