Capital gains realized by an investment company minus any capital losses divided by the total number of the company's outstanding shares.

Net Realized Capital Gains Per Share
The long-term capital gains of an investment company less its long-term capital losses, divided by the number of shares outstanding. For example, in a mutual fund, the net realized capital gain per share is what the holder of a single share will receive from dividends and capital appreciation on all the securities held by the mutual fund after the fund has accounted for all losses.
