Net Debt To Assessed Valuation

    0.02 sec.
Net Debt To Assessed Valuation
In a municipal bond, a ratio of the level of the issuing municipality's debt to the value of the property or other asset that the bond intends to finance. A lower net debt to assessed valuation ratio indicates that the municipal bond carries less risk of default on the part of the issuer; it therefore is likely to result in a higher bond rating.
