National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA)

Established in 1995 as an organization for brokers and real estate agents who represent buyers. In the normal situation, the listing agent represents the seller, and most other agents “working with buyers” act as subagents for the seller. The situation is not well understood by the public.The NAEBA Web site is at www.naeba.org.
