National Association of Realtors An organization for real estate brokers and real estate agents in the United States. It serves as a lobbying group for realtors before the U.S. government. It is also a self-regulatory organization for the sale of real estate. It has an affiliated think tank that conducts research on the manufacturing industry. It was founded in 1908 and maintains its headquarters in Washington, D.C.
