Nacional Financiera
Also called Nafinsa. A bank in Mexico responsible for industrial and financial development. It provides funds to banks and other financial institutions to accomplish its goals. It maintains branches in London and Grand Cayman, as well as representative offices in Tokyo and Washington, D.C. It was established in 1934.

More than 100 financial executives have confirmed their participation, including the Inter-American Development Bank, NAFINSA, OPIC, US Ex-Im Bank, USTDA and representatives of virtually all of the global and local financial institutions.
In addition to its viable economic offer, NAFINSA spokespersons said GIDUSA was chosen because of its involvement in the Mexican paper and forestry industry.
NAFINSA director Carlos Sales Gutierrez said the government initially considered closing down all the operations because the bids submitted were so low.
