Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe Index A market capitalization-weighted benchmark index made up of equities from 15 European countries. France, Germany, and the United Kingdom represent about two-thirds of the index. Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe Index An index published by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) that tracks stocks in 15 European countries. Examples of countries with stocks tracked by the index are Austria, Italy, and Norway. German, French, and British stocks form the majority of the index.
