Millionaire on Paper
A person with net assets in excess of $1 million (or the equivalent in another currency) but with less than that amount available in cash or cash equivalents. For example, a millionaire on paper may own a house worth $2 million, but have significantly less in salary or savings. A millionaire on paper may be able to borrow against his/her assets but otherwise does not have access to his/her wealth unless he/she liquidates.

Several shareholders became millionaires on paper that year, and even more became actual millionaires when Johnson paid a premium to buy back his shares from investors when he took BET private again in 1998.
With it now valued at well over pounds 100 million, those managers are millionaires on paper.
I wouldn't exactly say that we are rolling in the money yet - we could be millionaires on paper although we haven't really seen any of the money yet.
