Market Performance Committee (MPC)
A group of NYSE market oversight specialists who monitor specialists' efficiency in maintaining fair prices and orderly markets.

Market Performance Committee
A committee on the New York Stock Exchange that monitors and evaluates market makers. That is, the MPC is charged with ensuring that market makers do their job to maintain the orderly and liquid exchange of securities.
