John Manley
A Canadian politician who served as the first Minister of Industry in the mid- and late-1990s. He also served as Minister of Finance in 2002 and 2003. As minister of industry, he was responsible for economic development in Canada, with the goal of preventing brain drain. He was born in 1950.
