Laissez Passer

A one-way travel document often issued as an emergency passport. A laissez passer may be issued by a national government or sometimes an international organization. Most frequently, one is issued to a stateless person, to a person fleeing a humanitarian crisis, or to a citizen of an unrecognized government.
