Raymond Kroc

A 20th-century American businessman. He started as a milkshake mixer salesman. In 1961, he purchased a small chain of fast food restaurants from the McDonald brothers. Kroc standardized an assembly line for food preparation and turned McDonald's into one of the largest corporations in the world. He lived from 1902 to 1984.
